When you visit Tempo-Team Luxembourg, you should bring the documents below:
- an identity document (such as your passport)
- your curriculum vitae
- an employment reference including salary details
- your bank account details (including IBAN number)
- a Luxembourg social security card (if you have one)
You will be required to complete a questionnaire on your qualifications, your employment experience and professional references, as well as details of your proficiency with any equipment and/or software with which you are familiar.
This questionnaire forms the basis of our first contact.
Evaluation
In order to best evaluate the competencies of its temporary staff before an assignment, Tempo-Team Luxembourg has developed its own specialist evaluation tools. Our specialist consultants are thus able to evaluate your competence in foreign languages and in using computers. Aptitude tests and personality assessments will be carried out where relevant.
Interview
Having completed the initial questionnaire and evaluation, you will then have a more in-depth discussion with a Tempo-Team Luxembourg consultant who will talk through your results and requirements. This discussion enables us to identify posts to which you would be best suited, based on your strengths.
