What is Tempo-Team Medical?
Since the beginning of the Group, our specialist team at Tempo-Team Medical has developed a reputation for attracting the finest paramedic personnel.
Tempo-Team Medical can find interim medical staff from nurses for private care, to nurses for your place of business; from medical representatives, to nurses for elderly patients; from specialist medical secretaries to physiotherapists, lab assistants and a range of other paramedic personnel.

How do we recruit candidates?
We use a national database of qualified, specialist paramedical staff. Yet Tempo-Team Medical also recruits through other means such as collaboration with training colleges, universities, the ADEM, etc.
We also regularly meet with potential candidates, including holding seminars with paramedic trainees in their final year of study.

How do we select candidates?
Selection is maintained centrally by Tempo-Team Medical, in Luxembourg. Our consultants scrutinise candidates' files through seeking references, checking diplomas of qualification and obtaining testimonials from previous employers.
We will not send you anyone who does not have sound medical competence and will only provide candidates with experience of the relevant field.
